Overall Satisfaction with Miro
- Organizing meetings
- Planning, estimating, and describing bugs and features
- Active collaboration among the team members to share ideas
- Add, remove, edit items on screen. Especially sticky nodes
- Integrate new features (timer, music, emojis etc.)
- Drag and drop, there is still issue with accidental dragging of items
- Undo/Redo something when there are multiple people changing one item
- Adding a lock feature to specific items so that no one can change them without you allowing them
- Easy collaboration within online meetings
- Shorter meeting times during planning sessions with big number of participants
The nice smooth UI allows multiple people to add and remove ideas simultaneously. This makes collaboration much easier and faster. Although, I do have to mention that sometimes the UI seems too complicated. Icons are not descriptive enough, and you need to hover over an element till you see text about what the icon is.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
We tried Microsoft and Google Board. The advantage of those items are that they have better integration with other products that we use (ex: Teams). But Miro has an advantage in feature set and pricing, so we decided on Miro.
