Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We started using Miro with customers for remote workshops, instead of using flip charts and other offline tools. The collaboration worked really well, and we now often use Miro even for offline meetings, as it is so much more convenient. The scope that we address with Miro often starts with brainstorming and defining directions. We also use it, however, to address specific problems at customer and how to solve them or use it for events within the SCRUM process.
- Collaborate remotely for classic workshop tasks
- Collect opinions/ideas of a lot of users
- Develop ideas/concepts together
- Transparency on licencing and impact on sharing
- Overview of different boards
- Locking/Unlocking of different elements
- More efficient meetings with Miro compared to using classic note taking tools
- Increased input from team members due to high adoption rate with users
- Good documentation and transparency on the process compared to classic note taking or flip chart protocols
This is one of the key strengths of Miro. It is very easy to use in remote or even hybrid environments. Users meeting at one place offline can use their own devices to collaborate with the remote users or have one joint moderator put their input and comments on the boards. Meetings feel more efficient that way. Also being able to conduct workshops this way, makes it easier to find proper appointments.
