Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Very useful for meetings, remote work, and workshops (even when they are face-to-face).
  • Templates.
  • Interaction with other platforms.
  • Voting
  • Connecting dots.
  • The copy paste experience is not the best.
  • The lock function could be improved, for instance, if the locked item can be moved but not modified.
  • Saves time in remote collaboration.
  • Could improve the reports function.
  • Miro may have a template for agile to manage backlogs and interactions, which is better than Trello (just visual).
I had a problem where people entering my boards charged me.
I had integrated into MS Teams, but it makes the system very slow, the same if I include a PPT.
This is the most important feature it has; I really like it.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

In the beginning, MURAL was superior, but very soon Miro made improvements and won MURAL. Trello is a different tool, but I would like to have a canvas board like Trello but just the visual part, in order to set the dependencies (this last is not easy with Trello.
Good for: - Remote collaboration - face-to-face events to document the results of the event. Less appropriate for: - People not familiar with the technology.
