Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for cross-functional collaboration among teams. I've used Miro in two different roles at my current company; each of which has required working with different cross-functional stakeholders. Miro allows us to whiteboard in real time or to build diagrams for complex models/situations.

  • Whiteboarding
  • Virtual Collaboration
  • Visualization of Models

  • Miro depends on other folks in the org knowing what it is and how to use it, more robust onboarding would be helpful
  • Integration with Zoom
  • Reduced the amount of calls/back and forth between teams
  • Reduced project completion time due to the ability to collaborate in real time
Did not participate in implementation
Have not integrated with other products
Miro allows us to consolidate all of the pieces of a project in one place. From ideation to collaboration to results, it's a gamechanger for working with remote teams on complex projects. The ability to visualize a complex process has been immensely helpful in illustrating a problem or potential solution to stakeholders that might not be as involved in the process itself.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Miro again?

Miro is far better than both Lucidchart and Trello. Miros interface makes it easy for anyone to dive in and get started with the product in less than 5 minutes while I've found that other tools like Lucidchart are a bit more compelx and have a longer ramp time. Miro is far superior for live whiteboarding and collaboration and the sheer number of features is far better.
Miro is great for distributed teams that need to whiteboard or collaborate virtually. It's a great way to model out processes or models, compare potential solutions, and gather feedback from teams.
