Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We needed a way to conduct our client workshops. Before, this had to be an in-person, multi-day process. Now, we can get the whole process done in a few hours thanks to Miro. We're able to go through multiple product development exercises live with the client and run multiple workshops each week.

Pros

  • Team building / interactive exercises
  • Scalability (infinite canvas)
  • Meeting tools (timers, music, etc)

Cons

  • Better presentation tools and toggling between modes
  • Better task management / kanban functionality
  • It would be great to have more music selection (we use this feature a lot)
  • We are able to get our workshops done in a quarter of the time
We can keep all the information in one place. Whether we're working on spreadsheets, prototypes, or pitch decks, the ability to keep it compiled in one document as a single source of truth is a big win for us

Figma, Trello, Notion
Miro has helped us on short term, brainstorming sessions all the way to long term multi-year projects. The scalability for product development is huge and allows us to compile all our info in one place. It's not a design tool, it's a collaboration, whiteboarding tool and it excels at that. But the ability to import designs straight from Figma accommodates for this well
