Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps us manage our oftentimes chaotic thoughts and notes across various scenarios; from distilling user insights to collecting workshop artifacts. Its core functionality is intuitive enough to be immediately usable by virtually anyone – no prior experience needed. Another major positive is Miro's competitive value proposition. It's well worth the cost, considering the overall feature set and competitor landscape.

Cons

  • Not usable for advanced UI-design
  • Has a learning curve beyond basic usage

Works exceptionally well for remote-first or otherwise digitally apt product teams that need to communicate ideas efficiently and visually. Would not use it as a Figma replacement, and has limited value as a task board.
