Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I utilize MIRO to organize my notes. I also utilize the following platform when presenting in front of a group of fellow employees so that we can collaborate on specific templates. I am attending a Lean Academy and we use MIRO for all of our class work and teamwork. It is a highly used tool in our company and I am not sure I know of anyone who is unaware of the following platform. It has a clean UI and is easy to work with.
Pros
- Customization
- Clean UI
- Easy to Collaborate w/ Others
- Offered Templates = Very Useful
Cons
- The difference between moving around versus grabbing and moving something.
- The 'select all' control not always grabbing everything.
- No 'Track Changes" pane.
- Improved Team Engagement
- Improved Productivity and Organization
- Reduced Project Completion Time
It has improved my team's willingness to provide input/feedback without actually having to speak-up. Nowadays, it is cricket sounds in my teams meetings. However, MIRO has assisted in moving discussions and we can functionally move forward with the necessary notes taken in our MIRO white boards.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
It didn't take long for me to move from Lucidchart/Visio to MIRO. Lucidchart is similar but lacks the customization that MIRO offers. However, Lucidchart does a better job providing options for Business Process Modeling items while MIRO lacks in this area. Visio is hard to work with and I did not work with the platform long enough to give it an extended review. However, MIRO was easily the best to work with and I will be recommending this tool to others.
