We use Miro for Sprint retrospectives and brainstorming information. It has also been used for mapping organisation charts.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Level of flexibility to zoom in and out of large boards
Various off the shelf templates
collaboration/editing from multi-users in real-time

Cons

Editing board elements. It's harder to use than Microsoft office
Tables are not very functional
Copying and pasting from other tools is problematic

Return on Investment

The userfriendliness for sprint retrospectives has helped with productivity

The ability to zoom and scroll across the board is excellent but the usability of editing the various elements is challenging

Miro is not a replacement tool to many platforms. By attempting to be a all-in-one tool, it's inferior in many aspects
