Pros
- I love brainstorming on the unlimited canvas
- Building process flows in real time has been a game changer
- The ability to have other users access, comment allows the team to collaborate effectively when calendars are tough.
Cons
- I personally love the tool. The Miro team has done a great job of adding features over the last several years.
- Adding the ability to pick custom colors, and add them to a custom color list, which could be shared at the board, or team level would be awesome.
- Cost savings through improved system and process design
- Speed to Market through effective collaboration
- Personal productivity by organizing and tracking notes from various sources in my personal brainstorming boards
Brainstorming and process flow tools are awesome.
I no longer use any other tools for process mapping or brainstorming. I can link directly to processes and notes documented in Miro from our Confluence pages.
Miro provides a more intuitive, and accessible platform for collaboration, and the unlimited canvas is a game changer
