Overall Satisfaction with Mixpanel

The whole organization uses Mixpanel to build funnels from marketing channel activity right through to conversion on one of our platforms. We have hundreds of funnels live that identify areas where we can help customers get passed parts of our flow and drive conversion. Mixpanel has been instrumental in giving us this visibility.
  • Funnels tracking.
  • User behavior.
  • Visualising data.
  • UI doesn't scale well.
  • Difficult to identify triggers easily.
  • No instant customers support.
  • Improved conversion.
These two aren't the same but can fulfill some of the funnel optimisation purposes of Mixpanel.
I didn't experience it enough but we had a great customer success manager.

If you have dedicated technical support who can help you set up Mixpanel and ensure you have events in there that are set up correctly, then you can use Mixpanel to give you an intimate look into the performance of your marketing activity right through to customer conversion. Super valuable for any Marketing Team.
