Overall Satisfaction with Mixpanel

I have been using Mixpanel at my organization for over 2 years. This product helps us manage cross-team dependencies and also helps us to understand our customers better. This comes in particularly handy during pandemic times in which our usage increased a lot. We were able to proceed with our works with little to no trouble and Mixpanel played a significant role in that.

We as a team enjoy the additional features that it provides over the other competitors. It is highly suited for applications or products that require regular customer engagement and where it is necessary to determine which user type or location is the most engaged. It also aids in the management of other details such as the devices that the user uses most frequently and many others.
