Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

It is being used to mobile optimize some of our brands websites after transitioning them to a new e-commerce platform. Since our sites have no mobile optimization whatsoever, we have an incredibly high bounce rate on mobile and are losing a significant amount of potential sales. Mobify is the best solution I found that doesn't create a separate mobile site to update and allows for us to be able to update it ourself when we make big site changes.

It is best to have one point of contact on your side to talk with the project producer/manager on Mobify's side. Schedule a weekly status call on your project if you are doing a full build or co-dev build and express any concerns or issues as soon as possible so there is more of a likelihood that you can get things fixed before your deadlines.

Using Salesforce Commerce Cloud

I think their team is the most flexible when it comes to our account and tailoring our contract for our needs. They are able to use their knowledge to do user testing and create the best site for us. They also are able to understand the needs of different teams in our company from our CEO to our customer service reps and creating the best experience for our online customers.
