Overall Satisfaction with MobileIron
MobileIron is used as the MDM for managing mobile devices for pilots and aircrew, to secure government data.
- MobileIron's MDM is very robust, with plenty of features and capabilities.
- good for the organization of devices and the separate management of these devices using partitions or spaces.
- MobileIron employees are very responsive and willing to provide support, as well as quick to implement new Feature Enhancement Requests.
- Adding capability for CAC authentication into the web console would benefit a government use case.
- Increased Productivity.
- Security Compliance.
- Ease of use and administration.
- Zero-touch configuration.
MobileIron blows BlackBerry out of the water in all aspects... no competition. MaaS360 is not bad, but it had a few technical limitations at the time that I performed my evaluation, which is why we picked MobileIron. MobilIron's customer support beats everyone else.
