Overall Satisfaction with Mode Analytics
It's being used by the BI department mostly, although other departments with analysts use it too. It addresses mostly ad-hoc reporting.
- Simple and nice layout
- Easy reporting and sharing within the organization
- Easy to use for non-tech consumers.
- Jinja use to expand SQL capabilities could have more features, for example use results of a query as input.
- Better visualization charts.
- Better Usability for report creation

Reporting is much more flexible, although database visualization is a bit better there.
