Overall Satisfaction with Modern Hire

We use Modern Hire to do some administrative support for our hiring needs. We use the platform to screen, evaluate, and schedule candidates for interviews. This has helped remove a large portion of manual labor. This has supported the team on being able to manage their time and focus on other areas where they can make an impact.

I would revert to my previous answer where it has been an amazing support to our business speed, scalability, and support. My main concern has been data integrity which can affect and has affected our client relations.
Using their process for screening, the scoring process has been most helpful. You can set requirements for what is meaningful for you in qualifying questions so that our team can interview the top candidates on the spot—an unbiased way to approach recruiting. Learn as much as you can with this tool. There is a lot depending on your business.

Modern Hire has had some recent data breaches which can be difficult to manage in regard to client security and informing candidates about loss of information. My confidence would be much higher if they had a grasp of the security and worked on securing the data much better. This would be my main area of improvement.
