Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Unknown. I'm not involved in costing.
We use Monday.com to organize and track creative projects, including print and digital materials. It enables our team to easily and quickly check and change the status of projects, as well as communicate directly within Monday.com using both cloud (desktop) and mobile apps. We are able to post, view, and approve proofs directly in the program, and have set a number of automatic rules that notify specific members of the team about specific steps in the creative process. Previously, our so-called project management system was on paper and in spreadsheets, which was unwieldy as well as unpleasurable. Monday.com is actually fun to use, highly customizable, and colorful!
  • Saves time.
  • Easy to use and intuitive.
  • Accessible across platforms and app types.
  • Detailed info is easy to enter.
  • Sometimes changes to cells don't "take," and you have to do it again.
  • Condensed fonts would save space. It can get wide.
  • More colors for cells.
For my purposes, it's ideal. I don't use the templates, I created my own specifically for the way our team works,
Everything works as designed, but the weak link is in the loading speed. Sometimes you have to wait a few seconds for input to "take" after typing into a cell. Other times, it doesn't "take" at all, and you have to input into a cell again. I often have to refresh the entire screen.

Great for creative projects which require a lot of routine steps. We have about 20 status choices that keep us informed at all times.

monday.com & Collaboration

Sorry, we use Monday.com only within our team. However, C-level personnel (which I chose and gave access to) have access and often go in and view the status of projects. The CIO is ultimately responsible for our team and limits his Monday.com use to looking at project status and approving project proofs, as well as occasionally making comments to the team members.
10.
It does everything our team needs it to do. It is superior to other project management systems such as Asana in terms of what we do as a marketing/creative team. It is completely customizable to our needs.
