Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • It's allowed our team to streamline processes more

My team uses Monday.com to help keep track of where all their projects stand as far as due dates. It helps give you an organized view of everything you have going on and when things are due. It is also a very collaborative tool. I think it helps people know if they are on track or not with their project deadlines.

  • It'd be nice to have an app that can manage all your projects on the go
  • Getting started with Monday.com is a little challenging because they have so much to offer- it takes a little bit to get used to
  • It'd be nice if Monday.com sent progress reports at the end of each week that were automated, or sent alerts to you if you get behind on something.
Monday.com is really easy to use once you are comfortable with the layout. In the beginning of using the program, it took some used to exploring things but that is with any product or software you are getting used to. The features were very friendly to use.
I haven't necessarily used the support myself, but team members have told me it has been helpful.
All of the features worked really well. I was impressed with the reliability of the program.

Monday.com is one of the better project management tools I have seen out there.
Monday.com is great for users who have a lot of projects going on and need to keep track of what is due, and when. This program is less suitable for those who don't have very many projects or routine tasks to do. Monday.com is a really great organizational tool!

We did not use it for cross team collaboration but you easily could.

Using monday.com

I would say technical people would do really well with Monday.com or even if you are not a technical person you would be able to figure it out. It might take some time in the beginning but I don't think you would need to be very computer savvy to figture it out.

We ended up not renewing Monday, because new management came in and we ended up going with something that had more basic things in the software. Monday.com was nice because it had bells and whistles to it.

No - I don't want to have to pay extra for good service. I think it should be included with the purchase of the software.
Yes - I wished it would of been resolved within the hour but instead it was resolved within a few days.
When working through any issues, the staff was always very friendly. I appreciated them taking the time to explain what I needed to do to fix the issues.

You can manage a lot of projects but I'm not sure if I see it as scalable.
I never had any outages or any problems accessing Monday.com
Everything loaded pretty quickly for me.

Relationship with monday.com

Monday.com was very easy to work with. Friendly and was helpful to get the software started and set up for us.
We did not hear much from the vendor after the sale.
We did not negotiate anything that I know of with the vendor.
