We use it in the whole organization. We first started with just a department and as we saw it really worked, we expanded the usage for the rest of the company. We really like it and have almost all of our CRM, projects, tasks and day to day stuff that make our jobs easier.
At first integrations can be a little confusing, but there are tutorial videos that make the process a bit easier. There are resources that help you understand and once you learn it, it practically does everything by itself. Aside from integrations, everything else is very easy to use since the first moment. It has cool colors, branding, at elements that make everything else easier.
It has really helped, we have been able to manage all of our different projects in one place so it makes it easier.

It is very useful for project management and also as a CRM. It is easy to personalize to whatever need you have and the platform is very easy and intuitive. I really. like that you can have workspaces to segment the information and the data. It is really good for organize whatever task you have.
