Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Tulu uses monday.com to manage our hardware installations on job sites, coordinate logistics, and lay out/display timelines for customers. Prior to monday.com, all of our project management was done via email and spreadsheet. By consolidating on monday.com, we now all have a single place where documents, photos, and updates for jobs can be found. This is especially important for a startup company like Tulu where quick adaption and documentation is a must.

We don't really use any of the automated or template features. I've played around with them to explore, and they seem powerful.
We've had 100 percent uptime! Very usable and intuitive. My field guys were able to get the hang of using the mobile app within minutes.
