Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is currently used across multiple departments at our organization, which has two facilities. We use it daily for our production/operations schedule so teams know when something is running, where as well as when it started and when it will be completed. This has been a game changer when it comes to communicating when something is being produced, or even how it was produced, when we look back at previous schedules.

  • Time saving, so we didn't have to set things up in excel spreadsheets
  • User friendly, so anyone was able to create boards if needed
Monday.com is extremely user friendly. Anyone was able to create boards or create new projects fairly quickly and easily. Our teams we're able to work together if we needed and use the boards across multiple departments and the flow of the work board would be understood between everyone. This helped increase productions output, with communications being down between departments through monday.com
The customer support was excellent, the team at Monday.com were always willing to help and fix whatever problems that came up. They were able to give my team and I multiple ways to fix things and gave us detailed instructions on what to do. If that didn't work, they would go in and try and resolve the issue from the inside. Regardless, they always had a fix for everything.
Monday.com always works, we rarely have any issues with maintenance on the website. If we did ever have issues, it was rare and for brief moments in time.

Monday.com has helped our facility a ton when it comes to viewing a schedule that is "real time" our teams are able to view what is currently happening on our production floor. It's also helped us organize our facilities cleaning and equipment logs and view those in real time as well. With the ability to lock boards or specific columns it helps give our employees the ability to view these boards without having to worry if someone where to make a change. The interface of monday.com is super user friendly and we're able to make these changes fairly easily.
