Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Monday.com is the glue that holds our company together. We use it to keep track of everything going on from entire projects to measuring our team's efficiency. Every project we work on is implemented into Monday. Being able to see every detail necessary in managing multiple projects at once is a great help and really lets us sit back and see where we're at. As well as having dashboards that summarize various different aspects side by side.

Monday.com has made the onboarding and setup process extremely simple. They have videos for everything, and if there isn't a video, there's a forum or someone there ready to help you. They have a vast array of templates that cover all your bases for the types of boards you'd need, and they're even easier to change and adapt to your personal needs. You can even create your own templates. Automating within and between boards was a game changer for us, and definitely will be for any other user. Being able to automate even the simple tasks or transitions helps keep things flowing and frees up a lot of time for any project manager. Monday.com is truly a company that loves their product and loves their users. They are constantly improving their product to best suit their clients and users. Almost every week it seems they have free webinars for anyone to join that helps explain new improvements, best use cases, and even testimonials. They really keep track of how it's working and what's best for everyone. Getting in contact with them is easy and they're very efficient and quick at getting back to you. They have a page dedicated to keeping you up to date on upcoming updates, maintenance, or future integrations. They've outdone themselves over and over again. For us, they've really upgraded our company and allowed us to grow exponentially in the past 2 years. We never would have gotten to where we are now if it wasn't for them.

Home School teachers or private tutors could also benefit from the vast task management tools Monday.com has to provide. From small companies to large scale brand names, anyone could implement Monday.com and see an increase in productivity, task management, and pipeline overviews.
