Monday.com is used by our company to track the progress and/or status of virtually every facet of our operations, including daily operations, equipment/fleet inventory, continuous improvement, and project management.
- The boards and dashboards are able to be customized to fit most needs and are extremely useful for "at-a-glance" assessment.
- It is outstanding as a communication tool between team members.
- The training videos, courses, and workshops are very helpful for getting started as well as for unlocking useful features that you didn't know existed.
- The team can be slow to respond to questions or suggestions.
- There are minor features I would like to see, such as the ability to see totals on status columns, more flexibility on situational coloring, and more options on things that can be graphed (specifically, seeing changes over time).
- When they ask for feedback on a new feature, I have no idea if my feedback was received or taken into consideration, as there is no acknowledgement.
- There seems to be a glitch where the columns on the boards are often jumbled when first loaded and don't set themselves where they should be unless the page is reloaded.
We have never had a problem with outages, but have experienced trouble loading dashboards on a few occasions. Overall, the reliability is excellent.
