Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • As I mentioned, this serves as our weekly agenda for our Marketing Team meeting so it certainly saves us time. We know what we're going to talk about and keeps us focused. Our meetings average 30 minutes since we focus on our high priority items.
  • Monday.com is super easy to use so it was easy to get others on board to implement it.
I use several boards on Monday.com to organize my various projects. Our whole administrative/leadership team uses this platform. We have one for marketing to list what we're working on weekly, ongoing, and with upcoming projects. This guides us during our weekly check-in meetings to stay on track and organized.
  • We have a real estate school in collaboration with Kaplan school. Monday.com does a great job at tracking leads, dead leads, nurtures, and conversions.
  • Working at Rick Fuller is like drinking from a fire hose. Tons of projects to keep track of and monday.com is great at keeping my projects in one place. I love how I can comment, link documents, and add co-workers so we all know what's going on at any given time.
  • We can easily overwhelm out clients and agents with too much social media or emails. This ensures that we aren't stepping on each other's toes.
  • So far I think it's great!
I love the samples! There are a ton of them and it means that I don't have to spend time researching on how to make a board or how to use them. Sometimes I'm not sure how to organize something (I don't know what I don't know), and the plethora of options gives me ideas that I wouldn't have considered otherwise.

I think I watched one intro video and jumped right in. Super simple to use. The first day I created two boards to keep track of job applicants and another for our school applicants. Until we created these boards, we were trying to track these leads on Facebook, emails, on our website, and more. It was like chasing cats.
Monday.com is user-friendly and they have a great library of video content so whenever I have a question, I Google it and the answer pops up. For example, yesterday I forgot how to link a Monday.com form to my website. I Googled my question and Bam! They helped me figure it out in less than 10 minutes and the form is up and running!
Monday.com has given us no problems. It's scalable, reliable, and user friendly.

There are two things businesses never have enough of: time and money. Monday.com saves time by avoiding long meetings without direction and gives us a script to follow to stay on topic. It also saves us money so we aren't stepping on each other's toes and overlapping while also keeping us on track so we focus on one campaign and shoot straight instead of getting distracted.
