Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Monday.com has helped me keep reach my personal goals running our analyst relations program by keeping up abreast of my progress toward those goals.
  • It has saved me time by making it incredibly easy to compile and share stats on my activities, analyst perception trending, and more.
  • It has helped me save money by avoiding the need to invest in expensive proprietary AR tracking products from third-party companies.
I used Monday.com to create a calendar of past, present and future analyst relation activities and reports. I created the board from scratch based on previous experience with Monday.com at a prior company, which used it to track all marketing and communications activities. Monday.com is so flexible and intuitive that it was quite easy to create exactly the tool I needed to plan future strategies, as well as track current activities and report on completed tasks and other metrics. Other teams within Corporate Marketing have been so impressed with how easy my board is to use -- and share progress with superiors -- that they asked me to create a board for Media Relations tracking as well visits to our Customer Experience Center.
  • Monday.com is a great collaboration tool. It provides one place where multiple team members can track progress on shared projects and assign tasks to individual members to reach a common goal.
  • Monday.com makes it easy to share progress on activities and documents with superiors and peers, as you can provide access to an unlimited number of "viewers."
  • Monday.com is a terrific reporting tool with numerous "views" that provide diverse ways to quickly and easily share progress toward goals, track hours, calculate averages, etc.
  • The only thing I would change is to make it easier to choose specific periods of time in the Timeline and Date columns. I often have to report on the previous quarter's activities, and there is no choice in the filters of "last quarter," "Year to Date," or things like that. So, I have to go in and choose each individual date.
If you can use Microsoft Excel, you can use Monday.com. It operates a lot like a spreadsheet but with a ton of additional features wrapped around it and a more automated capability for creating charts, linking documents and other apps, etc. I haven't really used it to integrate with other productivity tools.
Monday.com’s support team has always been very responsive to any queries I’ve made, and they are always looking for ways to improve the tool to make it easier to use and to drive more collaboration.
I have not had any issues with Monday.com, performance-based or otherwise. I have used the desktop app on Microsoft Windows, online with multiple browsers, and aps for iPhone and iPad. No issues.

monday.com & Collaboration

I use Monday.com to collaborate and track activities with my agency staff supporting me on the AR program, as well as with my colleagues in Market Insights. I also use it to provide access to current status on projects and associated documents with my superiors in executive leadership.

The ease of use and intuitiveness of the tool, as well as the ability to provide multiple levels of access to different peers and superiors, makes it a great project management tool.
