Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Removes a lot of admin work for traffic and design
  • Assists in giving instance answers/reports when needed
  • Amazing easy to understand MainTable interface
Currently being used by the Marketing department to receive and track all graphic design and event related briefs. This also gives view access to other departments and department heads to be able to monitor the workflow and capacity resources. Freelances and external agencies also make use of this functionality. It is also used for performance reviews.

  • Form option explained much better - I need my client to brief me directly off Monday by filling in a form
  • Sub item vs main item - main item should indicate status of all items on sub items
Because I had previously tried other apps such as Trello and their interfaces did not work for me until discovering Monday.com. I am able to easily navigate to where I need to be. I can interpret data with much more ease. The various filters make absolute sense and make the workflow much smoother.
Through the use of Dashboards, I am able to at a glance have an idea of how my day/week/month is looking like or looked like. The application is always online with an amazing support team that responds to issues timeously. But what I like most about the responses is that they are always helpfully, solution orientated. Through Monday.com, I am able to present my work in a neatly organised manner that indicates to the powers that be that I am very familiar with all projects/items and the management thereof.

Automations are my number one feature on Monday.com. These automations have made life easy for all concerned. Manually moving things around used to take up a lot of time and effort. I like how different boards can communicated and update each other by a simply click of a status button. That is everything to me.

[monday.com is] best suited for tracking numerous items. Allows viewers to be able to view status and other correspondence. I am yet to encounter serious scenarios where it is ain't as great as you would wish for it to be. It's notification and automation functionality remains best except to understand how the integration of various apps fits in.
