Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is used across our whole company to increase transparency and organized projects and tasks involving one or more departments. It is also very important for tracking information on different projects within the company and with external partners. It is useful as well for archiving what has to be saved and found later.
  • Provide different opportunities for creating the appropriate boards for your work.
  • New features to improve and evolve your boards and the tool itself.
  • Keep a fast communication between departments and within the team.
  • Keep a record of data useful for internal and external reviews.
  • User-friendly: the interface is not immediately user-friendly however after the first usages it becomes easy and nice to work with.
  • More freedom in using the free trial account to understand better the tool and the features available.

monday.com has an easy-to-use interface thanks to the different templates, however for not so motivated/less technological users was shown not to be immediate. In this case, it is very useful to give an introduction and use the ready-to-use monday.com webinars.
The Desktop App is user-friendly and faster to use.
The assigned Customer Success Manager are very helpful to solve problems occurring during the test phase and implement possibly new features requested by the company. The assigned Customer Success Manager are important for basic users as well as for more advanced users. I found very helpful a team private session on optimization of created boards.
Regarding the general support is a good help for immediate problems, even if sometimes it takes more than one email to solve a simple problem.
It is very important for the user to spend time to explore and understand the range of features available. Monthly webinars on new features are very helpful. Having the possibility to ask the development team for "personalized" features was very helpful in improving the work flow and the user's easy-to-use impression. Talking with the assigned Customer Support Managers is very important to understand if a new feature is in the pipeline or not possible.

monday.com is very useful for keeping transparency within an organization and fast communication. It can be used to organize big and small projects within departments and within the team. It is useful to organize also your own work. Using dashboards or others features, it is easy to keep an overview on different tasks and projects.
It has to be decided within the organization if to include GxP processes in the boards. It is also very important to decide a "starting rule pack" in order to standardize the procedure in the company and motivate the users.
