Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Unfortunately focus on the negative -- the reason some team members are against the shift to Monday is because they are unwilling to change. They do not see the value in Monday and how it will efficiently save time in the long run. I would like some further suggestions on how to get the full team integrated
monday.com is used across our entire organization--the level of use varies depending on job role/type. This is a great tool and solution for our financial dealings that require multiple approval levels. We are struggling to get the entire team on board however, a few people are stuck in their ways.
Pros
- Centralized location for project planning and approvals
- Training platforms and offerings from monday.com are extremely helpful for growth and better use
Cons
- My biggest struggle with monday.com is getting the entire team on board. Unfortunately several features require a whole team use them in order to be accurate. I would like some suggestions on how to motivate the ones that are not adaptable to change to be just as enthusiastic as the rest.
Monday.com has always been reliable -- I know of only one time the system was down.
