- Track billing more efficiently
[monday.com] is being used to schedule out or service calls. We currently have five users so that we can keep up with the schedule. It has made our company a lot more productive and efficient in making sure no customers get missed. The note taking and adding to the initial call also helps tremendously.

- Having the job that has been billed or paid automatically go to another board.
The overall performance of Monday.com has been great. We have not had any issues since we began using this program.
