Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Times Saving
  • Track billing more efficiently
[monday.com] is being used to schedule out or service calls. We currently have five users so that we can keep up with the schedule. It has made our company a lot more productive and efficient in making sure no customers get missed. The note taking and adding to the initial call also helps tremendously.
  • IT helps prioritize the jobs
  • Having the job that has been billed or paid automatically go to another board.
Once you start using the system it comes natural.
I have not had to use the customer support
The overall performance of Monday.com has been great. We have not had any issues since we began using this program.

Communication with my colleagues and knowing exactly what is going on at the job is very beneficial. We also upload if we purchased a permit and other documents that pertain to the job they're all in the same place.
