Monday.com is used across our organization for internal organization purposes. Each department has its separate workspace in which daily operations are documented and supported with smart automatizations and integrations. For example, managing creative projects within the production agency, planning and scheduling marketing activities, and overseeing and managing daily jobs in our technical labs. It helps to bring structure and monday.com enables us to work transparently and jointly on various activities.

It's very user friendly. This is actually one of the biggest advantages of Monday.com. Even older users pick up the functionalities quickly and use the platform without any problems.
I was in need once for Support and got a response within 24 hours plus a solution on how to fix my issue. That specific case was handled greatly!
Functionalities are working as expected and only once we had a case where board automatizations didn't function. This was resolved quickly by the support team. When we started to use Monday.com, there were fewer automatizations and features available. Seeing how the platform developed is amazing.

Monday.com is well suited when you are in need of bringing structure to an organization. We shifted entirely to Monday.com since it allows each team to work closely together and to keep each other accountable for deadlines. It is easy to track the progress and status of certain activities and tasks. However, I don't think that Monday.com is the greatest CRM or software development solution. There is other software that do these specific things better.
