Overall Satisfaction with

  • Saves time with finding files and remembering what has been done historically.

Our department uses to manage all our short and long term projects. It helps us see what projects we did from year to year and what we learned from them. It's also helpful with keeping track of our documents associated with the projects and making notes about what went wrong or right.

  • It would be nice if there some functions that allow you to set the Status of multiple assignments at the same time. Sometimes we roll a project over from a previous year and want to reset everything from "Done."
  • It would be nice if we could link tasks from different boards.
  • It would be nice if there was an overview dashboard that shows the status of all the dashboards. It could have aggregations about who has the most tasks in various statuses so that managers can evaluate how the workload is being distributed.
I think is really easy to use. I'm not sure what the "templates with automated features" they're necessarily referring to in that description, however. This leads me to believe that we may be underutilizing the tool. However, I don't think that's completely a bad thing. We get what we need out of it and could find investigate more advanced uses through the years.
I think is really reliable and consistent. I think that the end-user can make their experience as simple or as complicated as they want, which is nice. I have had a positive experience with so far, though I would like to learn more about some of the features I learned about in this survey.

I think it is well suited for a small office that has many projects that need to be maintained. I think it would be hard to use with a larger group or across a whole company. This is based on working with a small office and seeing how messy it can be. Feature Ratings
