Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Monday.com has eliminated hundreds of interoffice emails.
  • Made it possible to move team members to more productive roles and Monday takes on more and more.
  • Eliminated calls and questions as data is clearly displayed for all teams to see.
We started using Monday.com to track travel costs,
international V domestic destinations, who is where and when, etc. We were
loving the timeline views showing who was traveling at what time, and also the
globe app to show a full scope of who from the company was in what part of the
world. This made it very easy for the company to collaborate as different
departments had folks in different regions. The platform was quickly adopted by
more than a dozen different departments who quickly took work processes out of
excel and got them into Monday. We are more collaborative today than we ever
have been. Each team has a bird’s eye view of the workload on other teams and
can offer help or pull resources appropriately.

Monday.com has a terrible name. I really hate it. Aside from that,
the platform is extremely reliable. I believe they utilize ACS, which is very
important as we use the platform around the world. I need my team in India,
Africa, Ukraine, etc to have fast and reliable access to our projects.
Monday.com serves that up quite nicely.

Monday.com is a must-have for start-ups, and can easily take
overall workflows and project management in an established business. If you
have multiple teams who need to communicate at a high level, if you hate
interoffice emails, or if you simply want to do what you do with the best tools
