Our organization is using monday.com primarily by the administrative team to help facilitate projects and tasks. It helps us have a platform that can be accessed by all that need it and update any progress on each project. HR is using for applicant tracking and following the interview process successfully.
  • The automations are nice and help to stay on top of things.
  • Integrations can be nice and they are always adding more.
  • Visually pleasing set up for boards.
  • More immediate support
  • I've had some issues with integrations and not able to find the right help.
  • Notifications if something isn't working right with automations or integrations and ideas to fix.
I think it is a very user-friendly feel, yet I also feel like more training is needed on my part. Tips and suggestions would be appreciated to know what all monday.com can do.
I haven't had great experience with support. It was several days before I heard back from support and then it was an email with a set template questionnaire for assistance.
It has the potential to be a great thing. I need more training on it and I feel like they can improve as well.

Project organization is a good scenario as well as applicant tracking in my opinion. We have had success with that. I do struggle with all that is available and what would work best. This may be a user issue, not monday.com. I need to take more time to learn the system.
