We utilize monday.com to keep track of all current, ongoing, and past tasks. We also track new business opportunities using monday.com. We use the platform across the entire company. With the help of monday.com, we are able to keep everything neat, orderly, and keep track of all that we need to get done so nothing gets through the cracks.

As a techie, I find the use of monday.com very easy. For someone who is less tech-savvy, it may not be as easy, but with a bit of time, I believe they can achieve anything a techie can.
When contacting any monday.com representative, they have been extremely helpful and have shown me images, videos and tutorials to help me understand how to do something on the platform.
monday.com has always been reliable. It is up 99.99% of the time and when it is down, we were notified well in advance and it was done during off hours.

Monday is well suited to track all current, future, and past projects and manage the tasks you delegate to the employees that work for you. Monday falls short when it comes to tracking time. I don't feel like the time-counting feature was thought out enough and rushed. I'd prefer a sub board for the board that I wish to track time to. The reporting for time is also severely lacking.
