Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time saving - definitely time saving in projects.
  • Easy to use, quick for employees to grasp and use regularly.
  • Easy to set up projects and notify people in their chosen format.
We use monday.com across our company as a customer relationship manager, as well as using this to manage tasks and larger projects split across the team. Being able to timeline our tasks and sort into months is useful and gives a easy overall view of the plan. We have made use of dashboards also which can be made from any of the task boards you create, and the graphs and charts on the dashboards are really useful!

Pros

  • Project management, you can assign anyone to tasks, and you get reminders which you can set yourselves or they are automatic. Really good communication on each task as well.
  • Customer Service - really quick responses and friendly staff, couldn't fault.
  • Live updates - no lag. This updates real time and we have never had a problem with two people accessing something at once.
  • Integration - although we didn't use all of this, you can integrate so many apps which makes life lots easier , for example most email platforms, and email marketing.

Cons

  • Sales - this can't be used as a sales pipeline which is a shame, it could be done but it would be manual and very tedious.
  • Payment Plans, the only thing I would say is that it fairly expensive for a smaller organisation, but it depends how much you use this.
As a task manager I couldn't recommend anything else having used a few different software, this is really really good.
Best things about it: easy to use, easy to integrate, easy to manage, constant reminders, real time updates, great access to communication and file storage, use of subitems makes this great.
The ONLY thing is that exporting to Excel displays the data exactly how it looks on monday.com which is not really useful but hey.
Couldn't fault the customer service, one of the pros. Always give really speedy replies, polite and helpful.
Really time saving as both easy to learn and use, and easy to manage across teams.

All the team picked it up in no time and now as a project management tool it is great, real time updates and integration save so much time.

CRM - great for managing customers.
Task + project management - this is just amazing for managing tasks across teams!! Allows you to assign anyone and mention them in comments, as well as upload files and documents, etc.
Has great dashboard feature to see your boards at a glance.

Not useable as a sales pipeline.
