We use monday.com for all of our different client accounts to keep marketing items organized in content calendars. It has been a game-changer for us, helping us make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Some pings show in notifications, others in Inbox. I wish there was one place I could see all mentions.
I think it's very user friendly and easy to adopt. We've introduced it to many clients, and most clients don't have a problem catching on. Some older folks have a more difficult time understanding it and tagging users. A big reason for that is probably because they're not used to doing it on social media and other platforms.
I haven't used monday.com support much but it has been responsive and helpful when I have.
It has been great. No complaints from me.
