Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • We have been able to more easily track project management with monday.com than we ever had previously.
  • There is much greater visibility throughout the company when it comes to projects, support, and programming stages.
  • Project communication has increased and become simpler for all people involved.
Monday.com is being used across our whole organization. We use it for project management, program development, marketing management, and as a sales pipeline.

Pros

Cons

  • I wish there was an option to copy a task from one board to another and retain all of the updates that have been entered
The software is easy to use and makes our project management much better than it was without monday.com. With clear visibility and easy-to-use tools, monday.com has made us more productive in our daily activities. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because I would like to see the ability to control a single task from more than one board. That would make the software perfect!
I haven't used customer service much, but the single time that I did use it, I was satisfied with the response time and the help that I received. The software is pretty easy to use, so I haven't seen much need to contact the support team.
I have no complaints about monday.com. Although, maybe my only criticism is the name. It might be easier to communicate internally if the software was called something else. Obviously, that's not a performance issue, but more of an annoyance at the name. You can't even shorten the name to "Monday", because there would be confusion about whether you were talking about the software or the day of the week. Other than the name, everything seems to work great for us.

I work as a project manager in a software company, which monday.com is well suited for. But we also use it for our programmers and our support team. It works well in all of those areas. I suppose it could be used for tracking leads/potential customers, but we haven't really gone that route. It works well for all of the departments in our company.
