Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Monday.com has help our company become much more organized!
  • Given us better clarity on project status and client sales.
We utilize Monday throughout the entire company from client sales, active projects and administrative boards. By just clicking through a few boards you can quickly see which projects are active, the stage of such project and who is working on it. If you have a specific question, simply ask through the chat box-one of our favorite features!
  • The Chat feature was a huge selling point. You can tag team members for quick responses and keep the chat within a specific project or even sub-item.
  • The sub-items within the boards are incredibly useful- especially if you like 'lists'. You can create templates that includes all sub-items too for easy duplication.
  • The customizability of the entire platform is pretty slick. You can customize each board to tailor to your specific company needs.
  • As an business owner, it's also nice to have private boards that aren't visible to the entire company or only selected members.
  • The dashboard function loads slowly sometimes and comes up with errors when there is no data to pull.
  • It would be nice if data could be exported from the dashboards.
Monday.com has a slight learning curve but overall it's pretty intuitive. There are a lot of functions our company does not use/doesn't know how as there is a lot the software can do!
We've only had to use the customer support a few times and they have been quick and helpful in their responses.
The design of monday.com is clean and organized. The site has been very stable and reliable with good uptimes.
