Overall Satisfaction with

  • Easer project management.
  • Time savings in putting all details on a project in one place.
We are using across our whole organization in order to track and manage complex, cross-functional projects. Different teams use it in different ways, and it is not used by all teams but is becoming a more common tool. The main business problem it solves is providing transparency and accountability into the projects we're pushing forward.
  • Useful for managing approvals needed on tasks.
  • Easy visibility into project status and potential hurdles.
  • Clear accountability by assigning owners to tasks.
  • Easy integration with JIRA.
  • Steep learning curve in terms of building boards.
It does seem daunting at first, but the more I use it the more I like it.
Haven't had any exposure to support so I don't feel qualified to provide a rating here.
It has always worked fine for me... never seen any downtime or bugs. Seems very reliable which is critical given how important of a tool it is for us right now.

It works well for companies/teams/projects that require lots of cross-functional coordination. For companies with <100 people I definitely see it being a pretty valuable tool. Requires someone to go deep on it, so you definitely need an internal "champion" to teach others how to use it or begin setting up boards for different projects. But most can use it for visibility or quick updates, so as long as you have some number of experts within your company, works well. Not sure how useful it would be at smaller companies where it may be overkill and too complex. Feature Ratings
