I use Monday to track our implementation plan to verify all milestones are being achieved on time and track each product that needs to be launched and all the action items for a successful implementation have been completed. It being used by multiple managers in my organization. It addresses our need to track milestones for a specific project so everyone is on track and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Multiple users can update boards at the same time
- The columns are customizable so we can use the same program for multiple types of tracking
- The dashboards enable easy reporting to execs
- Would like to be able to track by columns the same way you can track by rows- switch the x- and y-axis
- Export calendars
- Away to copy widgets into a PowerPoint
I think it's great. I do have a really large board with lots of data so I see some lag time but not enough to cause lasting issues.
