Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday has helped me a lot to be more productive as a worker. I work at a digital marketing company so the delivery periods and changes of our work are many and sometimes you need to work in several departments at once. Monday facilitates this.

In addition to being able to attach from pdf, images, gif, png, videos, and different formats and tag the people who need to be seen and sent notifications, there is also a mailbox that helps you to know all your activities of the company. It helps manage alarms and how many days you have been working on that project, it also allows you to see who has seen the project and at what time it is published.

  • Disable the option to see who has filed my pulse as that confuses me a little and I'm not interested in being notified of that part
Monday is an easy-to-use and very useful platform. I've used others but I think in the creative and marketing area, it serves a lot of [needs]. If you need to attach files and dedicate specific areas of your company, this platform is for you, it will serve you a lot.
Actually, I've never used the support platform since it's never failed in the two years I've been using it. But, I always see updates in the notifications part of the blog so I think they keep improving the platform and I like that because I know they keep a good standard so it doesn't lower their quality.
My job performance has improved in the two years I have been using monday.com. It helps me to have control instead of [having] emails that are forgotten. With monday it is easy to find any file just go to your work area or whistle look for the file or name to find it, no matter if you have archived it.

I like to be notified when I'm working so I know which specific parts I need. You can be a photographer or designer, in my case, and this has helped me improve my turnaround times that once generated too much delay in the authorization and sending of documents with the client.
