Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Once I managed to save an hour of my time thanks to monday.com boards. I was searching on the board if someone else has done research in my field and I actually found it quite easily using the Search field. I saved time here since I didn't have to go through manually at the files to dig out old research, I just knew where I had to look.
  • The mobile application seems counter productive at times since the layout is not fit and I find it hard to navigate at times.
  • Monday.com has helped a lot at our firm recently by creating synergy between team members recently where a new product was due to be launched.
Monday.com is being used across the organization currently. We use it to actively track our progress on various ends whether it may be tasks or large campaigns. Everything goes through monday.com and it has solved a lot of issues when it comes to redundancy of work and increases the coordination between employees since we can know what others are doing.
  • Active tracking of tasks.
  • Coordination.
  • Transparency.
  • Synergy.
  • Mobile application isn't that great.
  • Not easy to export the progress chart into Excel.
  • Gets kind of slow at times.
This may be a bit harsh that I cut 2 points for its MOBILE APPLICATION but I work at an MNC and often there is some communication required once I am off work and find myself at home. And at this time I prefer to use monday.com to check the required stuff but it's not that user friendly.
I am not really sure about their customer support since I never had the need to contact them. Everything was so self informative in the beginning. This is where monday.com stands out above its competitors I guess. The ease of use is of the highest degree, I say this because I have used other services in this field so I can compare.
I find monday.com reliable for my team's weekly tasks. Haven't experienced a downtime till now- have been using it for a year now.
However, the software can get slow at times.
In effect, I feel that that this is indeed a valuable tool to have in my line of work that requires constant deliberation and collaboration.

If I am looking to start a particular task and I am not sure if someone else already worked on, I could always check on monday.com before starting on it. If someone has worked on it I could look at their work to see if there is something useful to my particular task.
