We use monday.com throughout the organization including sales, HR, support and technical development. This is in contrast with the software development tracking application we used before which was only used by the development team. As monday.com has been adopted by everyone in the company it makes communication between the various departments much easier.

Monday.com has so far never disappointed us in terms of reliability or uptime. It is simply always there, and it always works. New features are added frequently, which is usually a nice surprise. Perhaps my only gripe about the platform is that the web interface can be a bit sluggish at times, especially with large and complicated boards.
