Usability is Monday's key feature
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Time saving.
- Multiple software and platforms management.
- Employees adoption in different working areas.
- Analytics and measures.
Sureksu is a videogame developer company, and we use monday.com to manage teams, resources, accountability, projects, clients, calendars, providers, stock, products analytics and products track.
Pros
- Accessibility, monday.com is really easy to use specially when you got so many different work areas and totally different specialist like in videogames.
- Clean, cute and beautiful UI, this makes the software comfortable to use, the design is very good and funny.
- Easy and quick board creation/changing/upgrading, is really easy to develop the tool you're using for what you're doing, it's not like some other software that take hours to set up.
Cons
- I think is pretty limited in the way columns and rows are related, there are some problems than are easily resolved in an sheet software and in monday.com take so much effort or aren't doable, for example cross information between boards.
- For the same reason as before in project management is really difficult to make relations between tasks, an also is difficult to order subtask I mean, the maximum sub order you can made is Board/Group/Item/SubItems/Checklists , other software give you much more annidation potential.
- Mobile accessibility is pretty bad, for example doesn't allow you to match tables with board relation columns.
Really well, monday.com always do his job, the only think I not really comfortable with is in the backup part, if you make a bad decision, an entire board will disappear in no time.
