As a huge challenge, to optimize the processes of a trading desk was also one of my biggest career goals. A trading desk has a really different way of work, fast as an agency, and technical as a development team. You need to launch campaigns as fast as you can using a huge diversity of resources and partners. We start if the challenge to prove that an organized process can optimize such a different way of work. monday.com not just improves and optimises our process but also brings a huge enhance to a manager resources track. To see how is the week of your team, to know about all the resources needed for your team to deliver their tasks, and to report more than 150 campaigns status in 30 minutes, this is what I can do with monday.com. I use monday.com every day, and I look for changes and optimizations for our template every month. We built our own template, and we can't work without it anymore.
Pros
- Flexible.
- Easy.
- Resourceful.
Cons
- How filters work (when navigating by boards), it is really good. But can be better.
- Subitems dashboards can be more flexible.
monday.com can cross information and plot it on charts. You can build dashboards with many charts. It is really good to keep team workflow on track and follow how the team members resources, from workstations conditions to campaigns documents and briefings, you can manage everything.
