We are using Monday.com across the whole organization. It is great for the purpose we were hoping it would serve.
  • With the help of automation, once the status is changed from one department. it removes and goes to another department just like a process.
  • Notifications to keep everyone aware of upcoming orders and past orders.
  • Can be accessed from anywhere from the mobile app.
  • Duplication: We use Item number as our WO number and we have no way to know if this item is already created or not.
  • Sometimes activity log clears our older activities in the transition from one board to another.
  • We also use the timeline tab for our schedule along with the machine location, if there was a way to know that the machine and time have already been scheduled already it would truly help with our scheduling.
Because it has provided everything that we were hoping.
So far we haven't had any problems except for we had to wait for either couple of hours and a day to get a response back on an email.
Overall, it has helped us manage our current jobs and departments as well as their workload with the help of boards.

It is amazing how there is a feature of sharing it with guests, that we can easily share with your customers for their open orders. We have never come across any scenario so far where no one was amazed by Monday.com.
We have been recommending it to our customers already.

monday.com & Collaboration

We use monday.com for all and every department of our organization, starting from receiving new orders to shipping them. It helps us be on top of each orders by always providing us notifications that we have set up via Automation.

I will have to give 9 because we do our own template of managing projects but it doesn't provide us automatic updates on status when the orders move from one department to another, we have to manually link them, other than that IT'S FANTASTIC!!
