Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time Savings - We can go through updates to projects and tasks at a glance on our weekly calls.
  • Company Growth - We can easily see growth and increase of projects to determine needs for future staffing.
We came across monday.com while we were looking for a user friendly project management and organization tool. We currently use it to organize and track our client demographics, client projects, as well as provide year over year snapshots on volume and workflow. It is currently being used by two departments. monday.com allows us to stay organized and also have a means of easily keeping track of who is working on what. It also allows us to track project statuses, follow up dates, and general incoming workflow.
  • Clean user interface! - monday.com has such a clean-cut interface, it's easy to navigate, and you can make it as detailed or simple to fit your needs.
  • Ease of Use - It's easy to train new employees on how to use the product.
  • Support - questions are always answered in a timely fashion.
  • Like almost every tool, it's somewhat confusing to set it up initially and figure out the best way to set the boards up. We went through many iterations of the same thing before finally landing on one final design.
  • There are some glitches as far as importing data from excel; the formatting has to be exactly spot on for items to import correctly. If they don't, you have to individually edit or fix the excel sheet to import again.
  • I'd like to be able to send out mass emails from monday.com.
Once you get the product set up to your liking (whether with customer service of flying solo), it is so easy to use and train new employees on. The dashboards are easy to create, giving management visuals on your data as well. This is the perfect tool to integrate into presentations.
It's a shame the counter only goes to 10 as I would go even higher. Customer support has been nothing but amazing. Responses are quick, detailed, and give anything from general instructions to help solving a particular problem. I feel like this kind of service is rare to find in product support these days.
I have yet to encounter any issues where monday.com was 'down' or not responsive.

I would recommend monday.com vs other options we looked at in a heartbeat. It is perfect to use in situations where you aren't tracking hours per project and just tracking general completion level or status. It's also nice that you can add 'view only' users, so management can view areas within your boards, even if they are not a general everyday user.
