We are using monday.com to manage all aspects of day-to-day operations within our nonprofit organization.
  • Wide-ranging functionality
  • Good customer service
  • Easy to set up to meet specific project needs
  • Sometimes hard to find things, e.g. struggled to find out how to track time
There is lots of functionality, but sometimes hard to find what you need.
I have always found them to be very responsive
We are still learning and there is a lot more we could get from monday.com, but it is serving us well.
