Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

[monday.com] is used widely in the company by multiple departments. Here in Iyuno, we work across multiple departments in various projects and monday.com helps us to manage our projects seamlessly with integration and automation. Automation via monday.com is brilliant as it saves a lot of time than using an excel sheet.

  • Interface could be more user friendly as often we get confused with identifying our boards
  • Not sure if it is suppose to be that way but we could see other team's board under Main Board. I guess many doesnt aware of the privacy settings.
Though the features are very helpful, the functionalities and design is not very user-friendly yet. We need to take some time to learn on how the interface works, confusion with main board and project boards. There are some settings that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt - especially sub-task.
They are very approachable
Definitely it is reliable for project management where you can have multiple teams to work together. It is real time, fast and easy to handle

It is much easier to work on tasks, with reminders and notifications on monday.com than an excel sheet wherein excel everything is manual. It saves so much time on monday.com.
