We use [monday.com] across our firm to manage all our projects and to-dos. We enter new customer feedback into a board and have another one to show all currently running projects and their status.
Some customers have guest accounts where they can view (and even comment on) all the different tasks related to their new website or video project.
We also have an overview over upcoming invoices that need to be created and sent out.
