We use [monday.com] to track our current projects, upcoming projects, invoicing, time management, client details. It's great because everything is in one place and is easy to access. We also set up our own boards for clients to use so we can manage their work directly with them. I also have a personal board which I can keep private to everyone else.

It has improved our project management by ten fold. Before this we were using physical work files for each client(!) and now it's all digital it's so much more useful - especially now we are all working from home.
